HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSING
The Town Clerk's office will have Hunting, Fishing, and Sporting licenses, as well as Archery, Waterfowl, and Primitive Firearms stamps available through the end of 2011. Licenses may be obtained during regular business hours.
In order to obtain a Hunting/Sporting license you will need to present a prior years license or a hunter safety certificate. FID/LTC cards alone are no longer acceptable.
Written permission to hunt on privately or town owned property is required in Sheffield. Please contact the Board of Selectmen's office for details.
**PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new licensing changes with the Division of Fisheries & Wildlife, the Town of Sheffield will no longer be a vendor as of January 1, 2012. Please follow the link below for further information.
