Who do I call to report a pothole or other road defect?

The Highway Department tries to stay on top of conditions on all town roads. However Sheffield has over 80 miles of town roads. If you notice a pothole or other road problem, please call the Highway Dept at (413) 229-7030. Please leave a message on the answering machine, as the Highway crew is usually out of the garage. In the alternative, you can report the problem to the Town Administrator by email.
